Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment to Part VII - Minimim Sizes Fish/Shellfish of the RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations is to reduce the commercial possession limit of scup to 100 lbs. [from 1,000 lbs.] for the gear types other than floating fish traps.
